Approaches to the study of Management, Forms of Organization -Individual Ownership – Partnership – Joint Stock Companies – Co-operative Enterprises – Public Sector Undertakings, Corporate Frame Work- Share Holders – Board of Directors – Committees – Chief Executive Line and Functional Managers,-Financial-Legal-Trade Union

UNIT II FUNCTIONS OF MANAGEMENT
